How much are your cookies?

Our cookies start at $70 per dozen. Orders that include more detail start at $90 per dozen. See our pricing page here for more information.

Can you ship my order?

Because Bill & Bernies Baking Co. operates under the California Cottage Food Law we are not able to ship any cookies. All cookies must be picked up in the San Diego area.

Do I have to purchase cookies by the dozen?

Yes. We offer our cookies by the dozen with a two dozen minimum for custom orders.

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Cookies are heat sealed for freshness and will stay fresh for two weeks.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes, the cookies freeze really well. To freeze your cookies leave them in their heat sealed bags and place those into an airtight container in the freezer. To thaw, remove the container from the freezer and allow it to reach room temperature before removing the bagged cookies from the container or their individual bags.

How do I place an order?

Fill out our order form here with all your details and we’ll reply with a custom quote in 1-3 business days. Please be as specific as possible.

Are your cookies gluten free or vegan?

Currently no but please check back as we are always expanding our offerings.

You're booked for my event date. What can we do?

Please reach out to us and we will see if we can accommodate an earlier date. Our cookies freeze well so receiving them in advance should not be an issue. Please keep in mind Bill and Bernies Baking Co. can only fulfill a certain amount of custom orders per month and reservations are accounted for on a first come first serve basis.

Do you require a deposit?

For custom orders, payment in full of your quoted total amount is required within 24 hours of receipt of invoice to book the event date in my calendar. There are NO HOLDS after 24 hours and that date will become available for other potential customers at that time.
